Women’s Technology Program – MIT News
The MIT Women’s Technology Program (WTP) is a rigorous four-week summer academic and residential experience where female high school students explore engineering through hands-on classes, labs, and team-based projects. (For more information on WTP: http://wtp.mit.edu)
Students attend WTP in either Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering. WTP is designed for students who excel in and have a passion for matt and science, but who have little or no experience. Students who are not yet certain about their future college majors are encouraged to apply.
Applications are available until late November and the application deadline is January 1.
