Digital Immortality – 2045 Initiative
‘2045 Initiative’ is an organization that’s founded by the Russian entrepreneur Dmitry Itskov in participation with several other Russian specialists in the field of Robotics, Neural Interfaces, Artificial organs and systems. The primary goal of this organization is to achieve digital immortality through something called Whole Brain Emulation or Mind Uploading.
Transhumanism is an international intellectual movement that aims to transform the human condition by developing and producing widely available technologies to greatly enhance human intellect and psychology. Projects such as Dmitri Itskov’s 2045 Initiative, Elon Musk’s Neuralink, Boston Dynamics’ Robotic Projects, Hanson Robotics’ Artificial Intelligence Robot Projects such as Sophia would come under the cloud of Transhumanism Movement.
